The drum peeler operates based on a combination of spiral propulsion, turbine speed control, and rotating water spraying.
Fresh potatoes undergo a circular motion along the wall of the rotary cylinder and advance along its track. This enables high cleanliness and partial peeling of the potatoes.
Sediment, stones, and slag are automatically discharged through the grid slot and the sewage outlet at the bottom of the equipment.
The steel brushes installed on the drum wall help scrub off the outer skin of the materials.
